29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about May 14, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure employees were in use of fall protection while working from the roof of a single story residential building. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground below. JP Construction and Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926 501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1367207, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 02/01/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 507 Bath Circle Oklahoma City, OK 73117.
