29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vi): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying operations from a supported scaffold was not protected from falling from all open sides and ends of the scaffold by the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system (with minimum 200 pound toprail capacity):   Location: 233 East Main St. Elmsford NY 10523  a) On or about May 17th, 2021, employees were exposed to an approximate 25ft fall hazard while working on a scaffold that did not have adequate fall protection on the ends - located at the North East side of the building.  b) On or about May 17th, 2021, employees were exposed to an approximate 33ft fall hazard while working on a scaffold that  did not have adequate fall protection on the sides or ends - located at the South West side of the building.
