29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: 140 Olander Dr., Northampton, MA: On or about May 17, 2021, an employee was observed working to frame this apartment building while standing on the railings of the scissor lift he was using to reach is work area. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1)
