29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Denfield Dr., Westborough, MA Worksites: On May 8, 2021, employees were exposed to struck and crushed by hazards when a Bobcat T870 skid steer loader was being operated in close proximity to pedestrian workers without a working back up alarm.  On May 8, 2021, an employee received compound leg fractures when backed over by that Bobcat T870 skid steer loader that had no working back up alarm.
