29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels : Printing Area: Employer did not provide annual audiograms for employees who were operating printing presses and were exposed to noise in excess of the OSHA action level (AL) of 85 decibels (dBA). The following exposed employees were: a) A press operator was sampled for 322 minutes and was exposed to noise at 89.9 dBA equivalent 8-hour TWA. b) A roll tender was sampled for 314 minutes and was exposed to noise at 89.3 dBA equivalent 8-hour TWA. c) A press operator was sampled for 319 minutes and was exposed to noise at 88.3 dBA equivalent 8-hour TWA.
