29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible: a. On or about 05/14/2021, on the second floor of the water condition building, at 450 Cargo Road Cape Canaveral FL 32920, some of the screws for the cover plate of an SC-5 conveyor machine, were missing and / or not completely affixed to the equipment, to prevent the cover from being displaced, and accidentally exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
