29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about May 17, 2021, for the employee exposed to fall hazards of up to 18 feet on a 10/12 pitch roof while performing roofing activities in the vicinity of 5110 McMahon Circle Estates in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1401622, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 17, 2020, with respect to a workplace located in the vicinity of 3158 Woodbury Park Drive in Fargo, North Dakota.
