OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to caught-between hazards: (a) On or about 05/10/2021 and at times earlier - 1121 Brock Industrial Drive, Birmingham Alabama 35208, at the Front Rack, employees were exposed to caught-between hazards when they rolled the eight inch pipes manually by hand along a track to the end.
