29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about May 18, 2021, employees were exposed to injuries resulting form slips and trips when performing inspection and maintenance activities above the Truck Dump due to rotting and spilled grain from the Tramco Cross Drag and North Truck Dump Baghouse area.
