Exposing employees to possible fire hazards:   a) On May 18, 2021, fire extinguisher near the cardboard crusher was blocked by cardboards.  b) On May 19, 2021, near the exit door, the fire extinguisher was blocked by a large floor fan  an one box of merchandise on a pallet.
