29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were permitted to operate an off-road side by side Utility Vehicle without the use of seat belts: New Casino Construction Project, 8184 Table Mountain Rd, Friant, CA: On May 17, 2021, three employees were in a side-by-side Club Car CARRYALL 1700 (Serial Number SD1715-812102) Utility Vehicle when the driver lost control of the Utility Vehicle. Two passengers were ejected from the vehicle.
