Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential roofing activities. This was most recently observed at 7719 South 131st St., La Vista, NE 68138 on May 24th, 2021, where the employer has employees working directly adjacent to an unprotected edge of a walking-working surface.
