On or about May 25, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee collecting roofing debris on the ground, below roofing activities, was not wearing a hard hat to protect against falling materials and debris.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about May 25, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about May 25, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nineteen (19) feet nine (9) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
