OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to ejection and crushing hazards:    a) 2 Honeysuckle Drive Wilmington, DE 19808 - On or about June 23, 2021, an employer failed to ensure that the Yanmar-Wheel Loader Model # SK31T4, was being operated with a functional back-up alarm which would be audible above surrounding noise where it  could  be heard in the affected and adjacent areas of the immediate property.    Among other methods, a feasible and acceptable method of abatement to correct these hazards is to ensure safety devices, as outlined in the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) - Preventing Injuries and Deaths from Wheel Loaders.
