29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Dry mix line; On or about May 25, 2021 employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employees would enter the fenced in area where the Wulftec Stretch Wrapper is located to replenish the wrapper without performing the full lock-out procedures.
