29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  (a): Exterior Front - Two employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet when working on a scaffold without proper fall protection. The employees were not utilizing personal fall arrest systems and the pump jack scaffold was not equipped with a proper guardrail system, on or about May 25, 2021.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.   (a): Exterior Front - Two employees were working on a pump jack scaffold with poles that were not secured at the bottom, on or about May 25, 2021.  There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
