The exit door was locked preventing use in an emergency situation.

Exit way was blocked preventing use in an emergency situation.  b) On May 26, 2021, and at times prior,  at 21 Simmons Lane, Albany, NY, the employer did not maintain clear access to the exit on the front side of the receiving area. An electric exit sign at the back side of  the receiving area was not illuminated.

Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers was not  stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse.   a) On May 26, 2021, and at times prior,  at 21 Simmons Lane, Albany, NY, the employer stacked boxed furniture items without regard for stability of the stacks. Several stacks appeared to be ready to collapse and potentially injure an employee.
