29 CFR  1910.132(d)(2):The employer did not verify, through a written certification, that the required workplace hazard assessment had been performed:  a) Facility: On or about May 22, 2021, the employer did not document  through a written certification that a workplace hazard assessment to determine the necessary personal protective equipment had been performed in accordance with this section.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
