29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 14, 2021 and at times prior to, two employees engaged in construction activities on the roof of a residential home using hammers while nailing plywood without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to fall from heights greater than 6 feet to the concrete foundation below.
