29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 1) On May 21, 2021, Russell Square Consulting, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of its subcontractor, Fernando Lopez, were protected from falls in excess of 25 feet while engaged in residential roofing work. Employees of Fernando Lopez were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment.
