29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. At a residential construction worksite, located at 2949 South Ponte Verde Boulevard in Ponte Verde, Florida: On or about May 27, 2021, the employer exposed himself, while working in the capacity of an employee, to a 20-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection was not utilized while performing painting operations from an aerial lift.
