29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. Location: 245 East 11th Street, New York, NY On or about: May 26, 2021 (a) Employees working on the 4th tier of a 6-tier tubular welding frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards. The scaffold was not provided with a guardrail system and employees were not protected by personal fall arrest systems.
