29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by blade. 1) Worksite, Main level - Extrusion Section: Employee operating Dual Notchers (2A-2B ) were exposed to an unguarded blade; on or about 5/24/2021. 2) Worksite, Main level - Extrusion Section: Employees operating Dual Notchers (1A-1B ) were exposed to unguarded blades; on or about 5/27/2021. 3) Worksite, Main Level Production: Employees operating Single Notcher were exposed to an unguarded blade; on or about 5/27/2021. NOTE: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this violation as required by 29 CFR 1903.19
