29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7):Scaffolds were not erected, moved, dismantled, or altered, by trained and experienced employees under the supervision and direction of a competent person qualified in scaffold erection, moving, dismantling or alteration: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working from scaffolds erected by untrained personnel. This was most recently observed on May 26, 2021 at 6118 N 15th St, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were working from an elevated pump jack scaffold that was erected by a worker who had not received training and therefor was not a competent person.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards while working from pump jack scaffolds that were over 10 feet above the ground. This was most recently observed at 6118 N 15th St, Lincoln, Nebraska on May 26, 2021 when two employees were working on a pump jack scaffold, 20 feet above the ground, and they were not using any form of fall protection.
