29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about May 28, 2021, on the northwest side of the project site, employees were observed utilizing a JGL 660SJ Telescopic Boom Lift (SN#0300139793 and SN#0300096939 ) without the use of a body belt as a tethering/restraint system while performing ironwork on the interior of a building frame at heights upwards of fifteen (15) feet.
