29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On or about 5/25/2021, at the roof area of the site, Lancaster, NY. Employees, working on a 5 in 12 steep roof,  were not protected from falling by fall protection system(s).  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) On or about 5/25/2021, at the roof area of the site, Lancaster, NY. Extension ladders were used to access a 5 in 12 roof, and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
