29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by a pinch point: (a) R.H. Marcon, Incorporated - The employer did not provide an effective means of protecting the employee from the pinch point hazard created during the clamping operation on the hydraulic press brake, on or about May 26, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
