29 CFR 1926.451(e)(2)(iii): When hook-on and attachable ladders are used on a supported scaffold more than 35 feet (10.7 m) high, they shall have rest platforms at 35-foot (10.7 m) maximum vertical intervals. a) At 2451 University Hospital Drive, Mobile, Alabama: On or about May 26, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to erect a scaffold on site and failed to provide his employees with rest platforms as they transited the 100 foot high scaffold exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 100 feet to the ground below.
