Sub-contracted employees were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 12 - 23 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employees on walking/working surfaces with an unprotected side and/or edge which is 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about May 20, 2021 and at times prior thereto, the controlling contractor Brinkmann Constructors, LLC did not ensure that its sub-contractor Boise Crane, Inc., protected its employees while involved in precast concrete activities on the second and third floor of a building being constructed and exposed to fall hazards ranging from 12 feet up to 23 feet.
