29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:  a) 2155 Executive Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80906: On or about March 19, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to the ground below while using the guardrail system of a Genie S-45 Aerial Lift (#10630385) to access and egress the second story of the new commercial building.
