29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about May 26, 2021, employees conducted sheet metal securing operations on a roof awning greater than six feet above a lower level and the employees lanyards were not attached to the basket of the aerial platform lift when descending to the ground level.
