29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv):Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about May 28, 2021, and at times prior thereto, two workers were unloading windows from a job-made wooden trash box supported by the forks of a Rough Terrain Truck, Model TL1055D , ID No.115306, manufactured by Caterpillar. The trash box was elevated up to approximately 33 feet on the apartment building under construction, exposing the workers to a fall hazard.
