OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when permitting an employee to operate a stand up lawn mower up a slope from a position below the mower: On or about May 26, 2021, at the Boca Raton Water Treatment Plant located at 1401 West Glades Road in Boca Raton, Florida, an employee performing grass-mowing work was exposed to struck-by and/or caught between hazards, when permitted to operate a stand on lawn mower up a slope from a position below the mower.
