The air quality/respiratory hazards in the enclosed garage were not monitored to determine the presence of potentially dangerous levels.

On or about May 26, 2021, at Stonecliff Estates at or near 5831 Enterprise Dr. - Lincoln, NE 68521 , an employee engaged in power washing concrete was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8 hour TWA of 106.4 ppm, approximately 2.13 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ppm. Exposure level was determined from employee carboxyhemoglobin levels for 160 minutes exposure time and zero exposure is assumed for the remained 320 minutes.
