29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladders were not used at an angle such than the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: 5-7 Industrial Rd., Milford, MA: On or about May 26, 2021,an employee was observed using a ladder that was positioned at a greater than 1 to 1 angle. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
