29 CFR  1926.451(a)(1): Scaffold(s) and scaffold(s) components were not capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least four times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it.  388 Birch Road, Fairfield CT: On or about May 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure a scaffold built to hold an employee, working on a roof overhang between the second and third floors of a house under construction, was capable of supporting the intended load without failure.
