29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) 31 Broad Street, Pulaski, NY 13142, on or about 6/2/21: Workers transited across an 8:12 roof surface, with a ground to eave height of 13 feet, approximately 20 feet from the ladder access point to another roof surface (where work was being conducted) without fall protection of any kind. b) 31 Broad Street, Pulaski, NY 13142, on or about 6/2/21: Workers were stripping a 6:12 roof surface with a ground to eave height of 22 feet, without fall protection of any kind.
