29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  (a)  On or about May 19, 2021, employees were exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting framing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, while working on the second floor of a residential building in excess of six feet above the lower surface.
