29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a) On or about June 3, 2021, at the worksite located at W62N616 Washington Avenue in Cedarburg, WI, employees conducted roofing work on a residential building with the use of a ladder jack scaffold and did not use a fall protection system when working at heights greater than 10 feet from the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet.
