29 CFR 1910.106(b)(6):"Sources of ignition." In locations where flammable vapors may be present, precautions shall be taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition. Sources of ignition may include open flames, lightning, smoking, cutting and welding, hot surfaces, frictional heat, sparks (static, electrical, and mechanical), spontaneous ignition, chemical and physical-chemical reactions, and radiant heat. On or about May 22, 2021 employees were exposed to explosion hazards while using a combustible engine near flammable vapors and sources of ignition.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):Basic Requirement. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA. On or about May 27, 2021, OSHA received notice of work-related in-patient hospitalization of an employee that was hospitalized on May 22, 2021.
