Employer is failing to protect workers from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on June 4, 2021 at a residential construction site located at 7802 North 166th Street, Bennington, Nebraska. An employee was working on the roof of the house installing roofing material while standing near the edge of a roof measuring approximately 17 feet without fall protection.
