You must review the entries as extensively as necessary to make sure that they are complete and correct. US Homeland Security- Federal Protective Service: For Calendar Year 2020, the employer did not transfer information correctly from OSHA Form 300 to 300A. There were four incidents listed in the H Column (days away from work) and nine incidents in the J column (other recordable cases). On Form 300A, there are five incidents listed in the H column and 25 in the J Column.
