29 CFR  1926.252(a):An enclosed chute of wood, or equivalent material, was not used where materials were dropped more than 20 feet to points lying outside the exterior walls of the building(s).  a) Jobsite: 2500 Welsh Rd, Philadelphia, PA - On or about 6/4/2021, the employer did not provide a chute for use by employees disposing of demolished roofing material from the roof of the building thus exposing them to fall hazards as they tossed the trash over the unprotected edges of the roof,  approximately 23 feet above ground level, into the dumpster stationed below.
