29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7):Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: On or about June 02, 2021, and times thereafter, in the loading dock area of the facility, employees were exposed to struck by and crushing hazards when operating a forklift to load and unload material from trailers without the trailer being secured to prevent movement.
