In this area were hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to three (3) 5-gallon containers of Nat Cherry type FL4499-30735 (Class 3 flammable liquid); two (2) 55-gallon drums of SDA 40B 190 (Grain (Class 3 flammable liquid); and one (1) 55-gallon drum of Isopropyl Alcohol 99%, (Class 3 flammable liquid). A total of 180 gallons of Class 3 flammable liquid was stored in the room, on or about May 20, 2021. Ambix Laboratories was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii)(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1368446, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 55 West End Rd, Totowa, NJ 07512.
