29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were not protected from crush-by hazards from a vehicle lift with a missing arm lock:    a)  At Parkway Tires & Service Center, 412 North Tyndall Parkway, Panama City, Florida:  On or about May 7, 2021 and a times prior; the employer exposed employees to crush by hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work under a hydraulic automotive lift which had a missing lifting arm restraint lock.
