29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B):Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4. On or about April 07, 2021 a receptacle connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles were being used to power a two lamp system and two pancake compressors that exceeded the total cord and plug connected load of 12 Amperes as specified in Table S-4. This condition exposed employees to fire and electrical hazards.
