29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas shall be posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard. a) Location-ODOT Project 200265, State Route 73, westbound approach to Jacksonburg Roundabout, Hamilton, OH 45011: The employer did not install advance warning signs as described in Section 6G.02 of the 2009 MUTCD Standard during short-duration work to warn road users that road work was taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone safely thus exposing the employees to work zone struck-by hazards.
