29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) Jobsite located at 1200 Wrights Lane, West Chester PA- Warehousing area:  The Employer did not ensure that the exit door was unlocked and was able to be opened without keys or special knowledge to provide free and quick exiting in case of an emergency. The emergency exit door was locked, exposing employees to fire hazards.  Condition observed on or about 8 JUN 2021.

Items such as pallets and hand dolly's were placed and stored inside the building and within the emergency exit route, exposing employees to fire hazards in case of an emergency.
