29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Cat Graphics Inc, 1600 Stuckey RD, Great Falls, MT: On or about June 22, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 7 feet to the ground below while changing a store sign from a boom truck basket without fall protection.
